When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. After placing your order, it will be prepared the next business day and shipped the following day.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. After that, the delivery time depends on the destination:

United States:

  • UPS (estimated delivery in 3-7 days)
  • Worldwide Insured Shipping (estimated delivery in 14 days)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors.

During peak times, such as Black Friday and Christmas, orders may experience delays.

 

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York, USA.

 

What does fully insured shipments mean?

This means we cover your order against:

  • Non-delivery
  • Loss during transit

If you order, you’re guaranteed to receive it.

 

I made a mistake with the delivery address. What should I do?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to reship or refund.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible to update the address.

 

Returns

If youre not 100% satisfied with your purchase,

you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery and in resalable condition , provided it’s not a final sale item.

What are the costs for a return or exchange?

We do not reimburse shipping costs associated with returned orders, as we do not profit from any shipping fees.
